2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (wrapgraphicset.com):

• Provision of products (graphic sets) according to specifications and prototypes approved by the client.
• Ensuring the quality of materials (cast vinyl) and the printing process.
• Adherence to communicated delivery deadlines.

Obligations of the Client:

• Providing complete, accurate, and high-resolution graphic information and materials for production.
• Final approval of the digital sketch before production begins.
• Payment according to the terms established in the invoice or quote.

3. Limitation of Liability

wrapgraphicset.com is not responsible for damages caused to the final product due to incorrect application of the vinyl by the client or a third party. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We do not guarantee that the products are suitable for any specific application beyond the general description of the services.

4. Payment and Return Conditions

Payment is made according to the issued invoice. Customized products (printed graphic sets) are not returnable or refundable after sketch approval and production begins, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects. Any return request must be made in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5. Modification and Termination of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may suspend or terminate access to services for any client who violates these terms.
